Some clients find it easier to think and talk while walking in nature. Walk and talk therapy combines the benefits of counselling with the calming effect of being outdoors. We meet at an agreed location around Ramsgate, walking side by side in a way that can feel less formal and more grounding.

• Fee: £90 - 50 minutes; £120 - 90 mins.

  Why is EMDR priced differently?

  EMDR sessions are priced differently to reflect the nature of the work. Sessions are often longer than standard therapy appointments, allowing sufficient time for preparation, processing, and integration.

  EMDR is also a specialist approach that requires additional training, ongoing supervision, and careful clinical oversight. This ensures the work is carried out safely, ethically, and in a way that is tailored to each client.

  While EMDR sessions may cost more individually, the work can often be more focused and time-limited. For some clients, this means fewer sessions may be needed, making the overall cost lower in the longer term.
